Mark Ronson, brother of Lindsay Lohan’s on-again off-again girlfriend Sam–and international music producer and talent scout, is working on an anthem for London’s 2012 Olympics.
The song will be in Coca Cola ads, played non-stop, and will feature sounds from athletes in the games.
Ronson was apparently heavily inspired by the sounds of British ping pong stud Darius Knight. Said Ronson of Night, “Sometimes he uses it to put off his opponents, and sometimes it is a sound of victory – to me it sounded like James Brown, so I knew I would use that.”
