Table Tennis May be the Key to a Long Life

Posted on by TableTennisNation

Table tennis is great for your brain (as we’ve discussed over and over again) and your body. But is ping pong secretly the fountain of youth?

Scientists are trying to figure this out as part of a DNA study of people over 100 years old, including Dorothy Delow, a 101 year old Australian woman who STILL plays competitive table tennis.

While Marty Reisman is nowhere near 100 years old, he’s also been approached to have his brain studied (honestly, we’d be a little scared to find out exactly what is going on in there), so there may be some merit to this table tennis thing. We’re excited to hear about the results of Dorothy’s DNA.
