We found an article from Men’s Health magazine and it features US Olympian Timothy Wang telling the reader his tips and some advice on how to become a better player at Table Tennis. It seems like anyone who is into the sport can learn a valuable lesson, after all he is an Olympian (even if he did get rocked).
His strangest tip to keep you ready:
Grab a partner and arrange six numbered cones in a 6-foot circle. Then, stand in the center. As your partner calls out numbers, sidestep to the corresponding cone and then race back to the center. The catch: At any point, your partner can throw a 10-pound medicine ball to you. Twist and squat to the side of your body where you catch it. Complete three 20-second intervals with 30 seconds of rest in between.
